Aug. 10, 2004 Shareholders Approve Kahuna Name Change to American Security
Resources Corporation
HOUSTON KAHUNA Network Security Inc. www.kahunans.com, announced
that it has received Board and shareholder approval to change its
name to American Security
Resources Corporation. The Company believes the new name more accurately
describes its business focus of acquiring select companies that
provide services and products for America's defense and homeland
security.

American Security Resources Corporation, formerly known as: KAHUNA
Network Security Inc. ("KAHUNA" or "the company")
is actively seeking to acquire select companies providing homeland
security and national defense related products and services. Initiating
the implementation of its business plan, the company has executed
a Letter of Intent to acquire Systems Resource Management Inc.
a 25 year old, Rhode Island-based, defense project management and
IT firm whose largest customer is the Naval Undersea Warfare Center.
The company expects to announce additional acquisitions.
