HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 2004--American Security Resources
Corporation (OTCBB:ARSC) www.americansecurityresources.com,
formerly Kahuna Network Security, Inc.(OTCBB:KHNA), announced that
effective this morning it has begun trading under the symbol: ARSC
on the OTC Bulletin Board. The Company's common stock will carry
a new CUSIP of: 029569 10 0.
Shareholders are not required to submit their shares for replacement
certificates.
