ARSC Seeks to Extend Alternative Energy Opportunities with
Wind Powered Generators
Houston, TX (BusinessWire) August 16, 2006 – American Security Resources Corporation (OTCBB: ARSC) announced today that it is in advanced discussions to acquire a company that has innovative, patented wind turbine technology.
Bob Farr, President of ARSC, stated “This company has two issued U. S. patents on their unique wind turbine which spins horizontally and has operated successfully in the hurricane force winds of last years Hurricane Rita.”
“Wind technology is a great fit with our HydraStax™ hydrogen fuel cells which will be in the market fourth quarter this year” Farr added. “This company has a plan to generate electricity in off peak hours, turn it into hydrogen and run the hydrogen through our fuel cells at peak demand to earn the maximum price per kilowatt hour produced.”
In other news Farr disclosed that the wind and fuel cell opportunities were so great that ARSC was not currently pursuing any other opportunities in the solar technology arena.
